Use a car pump.
Absolute garbage. Let more air out than it put. Snapped it half and threw it in the bin.

Hi Thebun.
Rolson 15 Inch Traditional Bike Hand Pump has standard size bike frame fitting pegs.
Thanks for using Q and A.
Hello Jack,
The Rolson 15 Inch Traditional Bike Hand Pump does not have a valve adaptor for presta valves.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello Care,
The supplier has advised the following for the Rolson 15 Inch Traditional Bike Hand Pump:
“ Please note am not familiar with wheelchair tyres. However if the wheelchair tyre has an inner tube with Schrader style valve. Then subject to pressure required and being checked that it is inflated to the correct PSI this pump could be suitable. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
I am annoyed. I read the description of the pump as compatible with Schrader and Presta valves but did not read this helpful question.
Traditional bicycles use Presta valves. This pump has a Schrader valve fitting. There is no Presta adapter. It is not as described. The description is FALSE and needs to be corrected.
This product is incorrectly described. It will work on Schrader valves but not presta valves. Schrader valves are the wide ones that look like car tyre valves.
Hi Miss T,
Yes, assuming the specific Challenge model has a Schrader valve.
Thanks for using Q&A.
