We like the light and style although frosted glass did have small chip in when we purchased which was disappointing.

Looks very neat but tricky to fit .
Good well made light fitting. If you are replacing an old open light with bayonet bulb and associated fittings you may need professional help to sort out the wiring connection. The standard loop in connection plate is not easy to make use of and you will probably have to get into the loft to make a safe connection.

The supplier has advised the following for the Opal Glass Bathroom Flush Ceiling Light - White:
It works with a globe E14 small Edison screw LED bulb. The recommended maximum wattage is 10 watts so it’ll work with ones of up to that wattage. There's a number it'll work with, it's not just compatible with just one single bulb product on our site.
It can also be used with dimmer switches (with a compatible dimmable LED bulb). They advise that, for compatibility between LED lamps/bulbs and dimmer switches, to please check the manufacturer's specification sheet or compatibility sheet for those lamps and the dimmer switch you’d be using it with before purchase.

Having checked the manual I can see this states: This fitting is Class II appliance. The product must not be earthed. If there are any incoming earth cables, they must be joined together and connected to a separate terminal block which is then well insulated with good quality insulation tape. This is to ensure earth continuity throughout your property.
