Great product
I have had this camera for a few months and can say that I cannot fault it. It is easy to set up and has great camera quality, even with low light. I belive you can adjust some of the settings with the app but have not had a chance to try this.

Excellent camera.
I got this to replace another Logitech camera. What an upgrade. The 4k means it can follow your face in 1080p which mimics a far more expensive setup. Usual Logitech quality and excellent software. A worthy ‘top end’ of the spectrum camera.

Definitely not what I was expecting
Quite bulky and the zoom function is horrible. I have another webcam that cost me 4x times cheaper working a lot better…

Not suitable for MacBook Pro
Despite saying that it is, it isn’t. There is a very fiddly fix you have to go through via PC to get something other than a black screen.

Fantastic Product

The clarity of the camera is really fantastic, the HD most likely plays a big part. I also liked the fact that it was very compact and looks great too. In meetings I used to avoid putting the camera on wherever possible as it always looks grainy but I don't hesitate to put my camera on now. The auto light correction is fantastic too and is a really great feature. There are so many features on the camera it really is worth buying. I would definitely recommend it to others.

It's compact,beautiful,stylish,well designed,fantastic quality and works amazingly well.It may looked small but it's so powerful which makes it the best webcam I've used so far. Love all the features,especially the light correction and the show mode options.My laptop does have a webcam but I was always getting frustrated with it.But since I got the BRIO 500,life is much more easier.Work meetings go on smoothly and everyone have asked me which webcam I'm using.Now they all want the same one. It is straightforward to install,very easy to use and my experience with BRIO 500 so far is just fantastic.It helps me a lot everyday in my professional life as well as my personal one. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.Try it too and you'll love it as much as I do.

Brilliant webcam
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to give this Logitech BRIO 500 webcam a shot due to getting remote working and needing a quality camera to join in team meetings. Being a bit of a technophobe I was a little wary, but I had no need to be. The set up was extremely simple, I was up and running in no time at all. My work colleagues inform me that the pictures are bright, vibrant and clear and the sound is great too. So, all in all I and my work colleagues are really happy with it. Top marks Logitech.
