Providing protection from both the sun and light rain, the Event Shelter's distinctive, simple yet sturdy structure is quick and easy to set up. Featuring Coleman UVGuard SPF50+ sun protection, the Event Shelter is available with optional side walls and doors (sold separately) for added flexibility during outdoor events. Coleman Event Shelters are designed for occasional use such as short camping trips, weekend garden gatherings and sporting events, and should not be used as a permanent or long-term shelter solution. UVGuard sun protection - laboratory-tested fabrics with SPF50+ help protect against the sun's harmful UV rays. WeatherTec technology provides comfort and protection from light rain while enjoying the outdoors. Generous head height allows users to stand upright comfortably beneath the shelter. Strong and stable design with colour-coded steel poles, durable steel frame construction and secure PVC plug connections for quick and easy pitching. Large 9m sheltered area provides plenty of shade while roof vents help hot air escape. Optional side walls and doors (sold separately) provide added privacy and increased weather protection.

Sturdy well-made shelter
Bought to replace a broken gazebo which was cumbersome and bulky to store. This appears to be sturdy, not too difficult to erect, and stores in a compact well-made bag. Its design results in more usable space than the gazebo that it replaces although both were nominally 3M items.

Great bit of kit
A really well put together bit of kit. Strong fabric and really sturdy. Nice and bright underneath,.so protects from the sun without feeling in the dark. Been after one for a while and the price was too good to miss, and I'm not disappointed..

Coleman’s event Shelter
Got this for are party in the garden. Easy to put up about 10 to 15 mins. Had it up for 3 days on the grass. All fitted back in the bag first go. Think I will buy a side for it to keep the sun out more. I like it better the the old gazebo and easier to put up and take down.

It leaked
I bought this as a shelter for an event. It rained and water started dripping through the middle of the shelter so had to return it. Not fit for purpose.

Awesome protection in the garden
We bought this for a garden party and it’s fantastic. With the recent sun we have decided not to take it down just yet as the open sides allow plenty of sun so the grass is not affected. We did buy some extra side panels and have only put one in for privacy so far. Its steel poles give it a very sturdy design. We anchored with the pegs provided but haven’t needed the guide wires so have left them so far. Very satisfied

Keeps us dry when other Gazebos let rain in
Wish I had bought it years ago! we did a craft fair using the shelter, others had standard gazebos. When it rained, everyone had to move their tables into their gazebos, all their stuff got wet. We left out tables where they were, didn't have to do a thing. No rain, wet things, leaks, and plenty of room to move around. much more stable in wind and rain,

Hello Paul. The Coleman Event Shelter - Large measures Living space size H218, W365, L365cm.
This converts to approximately a height of just over 7 feet and the ground space measuring just over 11 feet in width and depth. The photograph show a man standing and a family sitting at a table and this would suggest that the figures are correct.

“ The shelter in the range sold here is our normal event shelter, it has taped seams (just as the pro) only difference is that the pro has a lining on the inside that makes it cooler underneath. ”

Coleman gazebos DO come with a storage bag..

Apologies, this does require a full take down and can't be easily folded. There also isn't a storage bag for this so the box is the easiest place to store all the pieces together.

As long as you can secure it to something. The legs are designed to be pegged into grass but and there are ropes further up so you can tie it to a fence or the like to stop it from blowing away.
