Okay but poor connection
It is average but I had the previous version which was so much better. The usb c connection is so bad, I prefer the usb insert connection from the previous model. The connection between the earbuds and my phone is so weak and occasionally stops or only one earbud works. I’ve only had them about 2 weeks and it’s not okay for this to happen so early on. The battery is long, the music quality is good and the case is nice and portable

Great earphones!
The earphones provide excellent clarity of sound. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes the audio does sound crackly, it might be a problem with my phone though and most of the time they are excellent! They are also extremely comfortable, the most comfortable earphones I have ever owned!

Wonderful device.
First it’s beautiful in its appearance, secondly it has sound cancellation. It’s easy to pair and pairs fast, it’s battery lasts so long, I take even 2-4 days to charge which is a great thing and mostly it’s sound is so clear and guess what it was at a very fair and affordable price wooow.

A mixed bag, but happy with sound and comfort
Very comfortable. Had to swap to large silicone pads to get a good seal. Sound is good for the price point. They have an inbuilt charger, C type. I purchased a USB C Female to USB A Male converter in order to plug it in to the chargers we have in the house. The crazy issue for me and others is getting them out of the case. The magnet pull is strong and there is little to get hold of to pull them out. I have taken to using a trimmed, chopped off cocktail stick to prise them out which I keep in the case. The case thinks it's an alligator and snaps shut at the drop of a hat when trying to get them out. Be prepared to swear or mutter under your breath at them and the case. but they work just fine when you have wrestled them out of their cosy home :D
