About this product
When someone collapses and needs chest compressions, remembering the rhythm and pressure can feel overwhelming. This resuscitation aid gives real-time guidance through sound and light, so you can focus on helping rather than second-guessing. Place the flexible pad on the chest using the printed positioning guide, then an acoustic signal sets the rhythm while colour-coded LEDs show if your compression force is on track. Designed for anyone, whether trained or not, this is not a defibrillator but a hands-on tool to help keep compressions consistent.
The flexible pad moulds to the body and is compact enough to carry in a bag, glove box, or first-aid kit. The acoustic beats set the compression rhythm, and the colour-coded LEDs shift to show your force level - so you get instant feedback without having to count or guess. The printed guide shows where to position the pad on the chest. The wipe-clean surface stays hygienic. It is lightweight and easy to store or move between locations. This aid comes with a 5-year guarantee.

A great addition to my mountain first aid kit!
Started taking a Beurer Lifepad with me into the mountains. My thinking is that although I'm first aid trained for the outdoors, I want to be absolutely sure that if the inevitable happened I was in a position to give my absolute best. My Dad had a heart attack a few years ago and it makes you think, what if that had happened out on the hill, where rescue services are going to be a good few hours away. Out in the mountains are locations we really want to be giving the most efficient CPR to give people their best chance of surviving. I like that it also guides you with visual and audio feedback so you apply the best CPR with optimum compression depth and frequency. I'm confident in my CPR but every little thing that could improve someones chances of surviving, then I'm all for that! Thinking it would be a great tool for those that are not as confident in giving CPR or maybe have never done a first aid course. Anyway, I like that it's light and folds small enough to fit into my standard first aid/emergency kit. I'll be keeping it with me as part of my standard kit from here on.

Peace of mind
I bought this because I saw it and thought what a good idea. I have elderly parents and one has a heart problem. It's good quality and handy to have just in case for them. However, the more I think about it the more I believe that it's a must have for the first aid kit, it would take too long to get the local defib or for the ambulance to get to where I live quickly.

Thanks for using Q&A
Hello There.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Beurer LifePad RH112 Resuscitation Aid:
The RH 112 can be used in combination with a defibrillator.
Thank you for using Q&A.
You should be able to use this as an aid alongside a defibrillator. As long as the defibrillator pads where not obstructed I see no issue. Though allways good to check the manufacturers guide.
Hi Robbie,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Beurer LifePad RH112 Resuscitation Aid: The device is a single use device as once the tag is pulled from the battery compartment on our device, we have no way of determining how much life is remaining within the battery. We therefore advise that this is a single use device for this reason.
Hope this helps.

Once, Also just to clarify for people this is not a defibrillator! Just a CPR aid. Its first review is incorrect, you still need your local defibrillator!

Hi Interesting,
No, the Beurer LifePad RH112 Resuscitation Aid does not have a replaceable battery. After a single use and the associated closing of the circuit through pulling the battery strip, the supplied battery is discharged, meaning that it can no longer be ensured that the product can be used again at a later time.
Thanks for using Q&A,
Hello there,
The supplier has advised the following for the Beurer LifePad RH112 Resuscitation Aid:
"The LifePad has an expiry date due to the battery. We can guarantee the battery to be full up to 5 years after production. The expiry date is printed directly on the back of the device and as sticker on the side of the gift box."
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
