I bought this a few weeks ago while dealing with bad neck pain and headaches. After seeing the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. It’s made a huge difference in reducing my pain. I use it twice a day, switching between different massage modes. I usually stay around level 5 and never need to go beyond level 7. I also use the heat mode a couple of times daily, which adds extra comfort. It’s especially handy while working from home. I can wear it at my desk during video calls—it’s small and discreet, and you can turn off the voice mode if needed. Since it’s cordless, I can freely move around / walk with it on. Sadly this doesn't massage as in rub. The nubs are static and what it doesn't tell you is that you need to "wet" the back of your neck in order to form a connection with the machine. I did this and have to say that no matter what setting I had it on it was just like being electrocuted, rather than massaged. Some people might like it and get away with it but for me, I found it just hurt and wasn't the pleasant neck massage I hoped for. Will see if someone else can use it instead and give it to them if they can. For me though im really dissapointed as I really hoped it would help my neck.... Sadly not to be this time.

Good for the neck
I fell and injured my neck. This really helped to relieve the pain and aching. I also get tension in my neck sometimes and this will help with that. However, it doesn't really extend down the shoulders.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I suffer from Osteoporosis in my shoulder and affects my neck too I have used this once a day for approx ten days on medium rolling massage (approx strength 8 ) the difference is amazing . Highly recommend 5*
