OK not as good as the Versus 3
I bought this a few weeks ago after my Versus 3 packed up. I prefer my 3 as the 4 you need to click the button everytime you want to see the time. The 3 epuld show you a map of your walk but yet to find it on the 4. There is no find my phone facility either.

Lots of Features, more than just counting steps
My partner brought one, and I was impressed by all the features, and the battery life, so I decided to upgrade my old fitbit charge 2. There are lots of YouTube videos showing how to set up the different setting, like notifications, music, gps.
