If I could give this no stars I would. Fitbit replaced the first watch which was faulty, after spending about two hours trying to fix it with numerous re-starts. The new watch also has a fault, it shows as 'Sync from the Fitbit mobile app' on the watch and nothing else. Fitbit have said this is an 'issue' with both Versa 2 and 4 that they are trying to resolve. The watch is tracking steps etc. but you can only see this by accessing the app. On a final note, the watch at best lasts 24 hours on charge. Argos in the details clearly state 'with more than 6 days of battery life'. Absolute rubbish! Fitbit have confirmed by email: Checking the device's battery data, it shows that the battery will only last for a day. I will be seeking a full refund.
