Charging Issues
I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present and I cannot give this any higher than a 1 star review because of the issues we're having with charging the watch. When using the charger that came in the box, the watch keeps vibrating and turning off & on again, and it also resets it. I have factory reset the watch and updated the software via the Fitbit app to try and solve the issue, but neither of those have worked. We've even bought two other charging cables, one third-party and another direct from Fitbit, and the issue still remains. The only way we are able to charge it is through connecting the cable to a USB slot in a laptop - really not ideal. My wife says the features of the watch are good and the battery life seems great, but the charging issues put a big downer on the usability and convenience of it, not to mention my disappointment for how much I paid for what is essentially a faulty product. Not impressed.

Fantastic Fitbit watch. Really happy with the return of the button on the side that went from gears 2 to versa 3. It’s definitely the best Fitbit I’ve had and the strap is easy to change too. No longer a fiddly little clip. Everything you need to track your health
