Had this purchase about 6 months ago . No matter how much or less items I place in the never dry first time around. Sometimes they go through 3 cycles before dried. Not happy at all. Vents and door emptied and cleaned after every use. Nice and easy to clean. Would not tell anyone yo buy this model. Very let down considering.

I am not happy with this hoover tumble dryer, because it is not working properly, not dry the clothes. We have to dry the clothes in this dryer use again and again the same clothes. That Means three times need to use for dry same clothes.

It's 2 weeks old now, looks very efficient. Easy to empty water and clean filters. But the manual is very difficult to follow. It dries clothes well but the manual is so difficult to interpret we don't know if we're doing it the best way.

On checking I can see the manual advises:
Do not install the product in a low temperature room or in a room where there is a risk of frost occurring. At temperature around freezing point the product may not be able to operate properly: there is a risk of damage if the water is allowed to freeze in the hydraulic circuit (valves, hoses, pumps). For a better product performance the ambient room temperature must be between 5-35°C. Please note that operating in cold condition (between +2 and +5°C) might simply some water condensation and water drops on floor.
