Temperature Control
The temperature in my fridge does not match the recommended temperature when following the instructions on fridge freezer temperature guide. I try to set it at 4C but it does not go below 8C no matter what I try. My products in the fridge should be colder. I have tried everything, please advise. I use a thermometer to judge the inside temperature.

Another Bosch appliance in the kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge freezer - not Bosch - we've had for 23 years finally decided to stop freezing. I already have my second Bosch washing machine and first dishwasher in the kitchen and I know how reliable they are so that was my first brand choice. Then it was down to width, height and colour. I like a tall appliance, we were limited to 60cm wide and I wanted it in white. I then started to go through my options and my eye was drawn straight to this one. The previous appliance was a 50/50 split but we never filled the freezer and had too much in the fridge so a 70/30 split seemed ideal. When it arrived I was VERY impressed with the external look and the inside was an absolute dream. Within 24 hours the whole unit had been restocked - all the previous frozen food had to be ditched - and we now have a fully working appliance which looks great. It's very quiet when it's working which is a big difference from the previous one. I love the interior fridge light that comes brighter as the door is opened and there are two storage drawers in the fridge so I can keep mats and salad stuffs separate.

Likes: The fridge is very spacious inside and well designed. I particularly like the large cabinet for fruits and vegetables. The no frost design removes the hassle of defrosting the freezer. Last but not least, it comes with a beeping warning sound if the door is left open accidentally. Dislikes: None

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bosch KGN392WDFG Fridge Freezer - White: ''A minimum of 55mm is required to the side of the fridge that has the door hinges on to allow the door to open 90 degrees. A minimum of 30mm is required on the opposite side.''

The manufacturer states, 'We will rectify defects affecting the appliance which are clearly attributable to material and/or manufacturing faults, provided they are reported immediately after being identified, and within 24 months of the date of purchase or 60 months for registered eligible appliances (the “Warranty Period”).
The warranty will not extend to fragile items such as glass or cosmetic parts or consumable items such as light bulbs.'
