The ceramic fan technology and three heat settings give you flexibility to match the weather, whilst the free Duux app lets you adjust the temperature between 22 and 30 degrees from wherever you're sitting. Control it using the buttons on the unit itself or through your phone, and the built-in safety cut-out keeps things secure. Been using for a couple of weeks and it's great, have it in my open plan living room / kitchen which is about 25m. The option of turning it on from my phone five minutes before I get up is brilliant. It's very quiet on eco, but a bit noisier than I expected on the other two settings, but it's stylish and gets the job done so fair compromise.

General usage and issues
Bought this item about 3wks ago, was working good and very useful app to set timed scheduled for heating. But now no power going from plug to device and have tried multiple sockets still no joy. So having to send off for repairs

The Duux ThreeSixty Smart Ceramic Fan Heater does not turn off automatically when the room temperature reaches a certain level. Instead, it features a built-in thermostat with hysteresis, which means it will stop heating once the set temperature is reached and will only resume heating when the room temperature drops sufficiently.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Duux ThreeSixty Smart Ceramic Fan Heater - Grey: ''We would not advertise this for this function, the heater works by adjusting its output based on reaching the set temperature, whilst you can set the temperature to 18 degrees, if the room Is already at that temperature or above the fan aspect will be limited in its use and thus not achieve the desired effect.''

“ The power cord on this product is 1.6m, so be good if we can get this updated online, it would be the same for the white version too 265/3802.
A 1.6m cable should allow a customer to place this away from the wall to allow for best results. It can be placed directly on the floor, or it is even better to put it higher off the ground. ”

The product has tip-over protection, so the product will automatically turn itself off if it is knocked over. The thermostat can be set via the app. When active, the heat is distributed from the top of the product, and the product itself will not be hot to the touch.

First answer is not correct, running at 1.8kw if your unit price was 20p it would cost 36p per hour, I dont know if it has a lower setting using eco or night mode.

The wattage of the product is 1.8kw, therefore it will take 1.8kw per hour (kw/h). Changes will depend from supplier to supplier. For instance if your electrical cost was 20p per kw/h, it will cost 20p per hour on maximum power to run.
