Better hydration for my cat
I bought this item as I wanted my cat to be encouraged to drink more for his health and longevity The fountain has been a success. He does drink from it more than he did from his water bowl The fountain is easy to clean, quiet and was not expensive We are happy with this item

Great cat fountain
Bought this recently when one of my elderly cats was ill and had stopped drinking and I thought this might encourage him to drink. His brother started using it on day 2 and he began to drink from it on day 5. So if your cat takes a while then be patient - they both totally ignored at first but now they really seem to enjoy it. Everyone who has seen also comments on how cute it looks - giving Lucky Cat vibes and it lights up which is really sweet too. It also has a spout if you want more of a tap/fountain approach - I haven't used that yet as I thought I'd break them in gently to it. Apparently the moving water keeps it tasting fresh - I've been using filtered water in it just because my cat had gone off the taste of normal tap water. The set up is slightly fiddly - but there is a good video on YouTube. And it's very easy to clean. It's also the perfect height for adult cats - less bending down for them which is good. You can hear the water very faintly which is actually quite relaxing - but it's not loud in any way. This was a lot cheaper than some of the other models out there - so far really pleased with it.

Great piece of gear. Looks nice and most importantly does encourage the cats to drink. Just make sure to clean once per month to avoid bacteria.

Cool little fountain and happy cats
Good looking fountain which the nose and whiskers are lit up. It is meant to go red when it is empty but I haven't got to that stage yet as I regularly empty and refill it as I am always seeing cat hair on the lid. The instructions were hard to follow from the manual, but I found a very helpful YouTube video. The fountain is very quiet. The legs are sturdy. It is very easy to clean and fill up. I have noticed my cats drinking from it so I know they are drinking fresh water. The only grumble I have is that the filters are never in stock.

Catit PIXI Water Fountain - White 114/6657 This can be left on 24/7. But when switched off the water will remain accessible until your cat drinks it all.
By switching the item off this will turn off the nightlight that helps your cat find it in the dark.
