Canon R10
This is great little camera and is much smaller and lighter than my DSLR. Autofocus is pretty good. Overall I'm enjoying this camera. I'm looking to upgrade the smaller zoom as it can be a little soft.

Canon R10 Camera + 18-45mm Lens
Generally the image quality seems fine but I am Extremely disappointed that the 18-45mm lens provided with the kit has wide angle cut-off and that this is hidden by the camera software in the image previews and in the jpeg file format not what I have come to expect of Canon over the decades I have purchased their goods. As I shoot in RAW this is major frustration and problem. The body is small and a bit fiddly for me and I'm gradually finding where turn off the annoying presets to stop the lenses hunting etc, not always in the most obvious menus.

Great beginner camera
This is my first high end camera, I bought it because it was recommended as a great beginner camera, and it definitely is I'll probably add another lense at some point; this one doesn't capture fast moving objects too well. Overall for what I want I'm definitely happy and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend a bit more on their first pro camera

Excellent piece of equipment at a reasonable price
This is my first proper camera after decades of point and shoot ones which have given some half decent results. I decided it was time to dive into the real world of photography and this camera is excellent. The quality of the images is superb and I’ve now enrolled on a digital photography course to get the best out of it. Next step is a 100-400 lens but I might have to wait for Santa Claus!

Great little Gem
I purchase this kit as a replacement for my old EOS350D. I would never believe what an improvement in weight and usability over the 350D as both are entry level units. The lenses are remarkable for size and weight, I even have invested in an RF 100-400 since to get the best out of this little gem.

Disappointing Results
I bought the EOS R1o about a month ago as part of a bundle with 18-45 and 55-210 lenses. I am not a professional photographer, but do have an interest in photography, particularly travel and landscape photography. I have had Canon DSLRs in the past but recently started to use my i-phone. Realising the limitations of the i-phone I decided to invest in a new mirrorless camera and I thought the Canon the best choice for what I wanted. I have to say my initial impressions are disappointing. First of all the camera does not come with a manual. I know in this modern age more and more information is on line and there is a manual on the canon website, but this is not particularly user friendly and you have to know what to look for before you can access the information, which defeats the object. I therefore bought a book on how to use the camera, but did not find this particularly useful either. I therefore referred to Youtube and found a number of useful videos. Having set my camera to the settings that I thought would be useful I thought that I was all set for my trip to Italy. This was not to be the case. I don't know how I did it, but on a couple of occasions the camera set to delayed time and I therefore missed a couple of interesting shots as a result. It took me some time to get my camera back to the required now shot setting. I also find that the Auto Focus setting does not seem to work when I want to take close ups and have to go to manual focus. When i returned home I also found that a lot of interior shots, had a very orange hue to them, which I had to adjust on my photo software. (I take a lot of church interiors). I took almost 1,000 photographs of my Italian holiday and to be honest am a little disappointed with the results. My wife's photographs taken with her Apple 11 phone are often of better quality. I think that it will be back to the drawing board and Youtube, to see where I am going wrong.
