Need patience, a set of allen keys & enjoy puzzles

Described as fully assembled with a 14 day delivery period, direct from the manufacturer. I bought two. After 13 days I rang customer service and to cut a long story short, the following day I received a text from the manufacturer informing me of delivery the following week; 25 days rather than 14 and unfortunately the day of my dentist appointment. I sent a text back explaining the situation and followed it up with a phone call to the manufacturer the next day to a helpful person who rearranged it for a week later. This was now a calendar month since I ordered it but still easier than rearranging the dentist; I got a text confirming the delivery date and responded to say I’d be in. Mid morning on the delivery day I had an apologetic phone call to say that my drawers had failed quality control and a new delivery date would be arranged. Obviously he couldn’t give a date and although he sounded like a nice guy, he sounded like a nice guy who’s not comfortable with what he’s telling me. I couldn’t chase it up for a couple of days but rang on the Monday morning and was promised a delivery asap, though not that week. Altogether the drawers took just over six weeks to be delivered. The delivery itself was fine; the delivery men very helpful. The next problem came when I opened the packages and found they’re not quite fully assembled. They lacked the legs, which were in a drawer. The legs were each in five pieces with screws and bolts but no instructions or allen key. I did eventually get them fitted but it would have been much quicker if I’d had instructions instead of having to work it out from online photos and guesswork. If you include the trip out to buy allen keys (none of my collection of allen keys from flat pack furniture would fit) it took about 3 hours to fit the legs. There was also a bit of an issue with misaligned bolt holes. They are very nice bedside drawers but I won’t be following up on the original plan of ordering a larger set of drawers to match.

Poor quality

Side table arrived in terrible condition, straight away was report and refund requested. Third company is very unprofessional and unreliable when it comes to collection arrangements. Avoid by all cost!

This is a lovely strong sturdy bedside cabinet looks really modern and plenty of room for lamps books etc. The drawers are a little bit stiff on the runners but I'm hoping that they'll wear in after use
