I bought the fridge a week ago had it delivered to my new property, to open it fully and realise there was dint inside of the fridge, I have reached out on socials however no one has got back!

Had this a few weeks, works well but a few problems. When the delivery person came they installed it in place but left the plug still on the bottom of the product so we had to remove it ourselves and find the plug and then reinstall it when was hard as it weighs about 80 kg. The fridge door is not good design. The water tank hole that connects the to the front where the water comes out looks really rough ( see my picture) and the placement of the shelf's which can not be moved. 1st shelf is to high and can't fit much in apart frome cheese and low high things 2nd shelf is ok for milk and tall items but water tank filler is in the same shelf. 3rd shelf is not much space as the water tank is above and can't fit in small sauce bottles in so have to lay on side (see pictures) You can not level this side to side but you can level it front to back as the back two are infact wheel on feet so that may be a problem.

If the Beko Harvest Fresh CNG4601DVPS Fridge Freezer was transported upright, give it at least an hour before you plug it in. If it was transported on its side, turn it the right way up and leave it for at least four hours.
