Corduroy is not a fabric known for frills, this one gathers at the neck, the shoulders and the wrists and holds every one of them. A frill runs round the neckline, the shoulders are shirred so the sleeves start full and stay that way down to frilled cuffs. Below the waist seam the skirt tiers out to midi length, pockets set into the side where you would reach for them. There is a zip at the front from the neck down and a concealed one at the side seam doing the actual work. Flat boots and bare legs in autumn, tights and a long coat when it turns, sleeves pushed up, always.
