Good quality & comfortable jeans - sizing on he larger side though
Lovely soft material but had to send back because they were miles too long and too big. Wished they had fitted because I think they would have been very comfortable to wear.
I've always bought my jeans from Tu.
However slightly disappointed this time as the material was thinner than usual. The reason I buy from Tu usually is because the jeans are that thick denim feel, where you feel supported by the jeans maybe they've changed their fabric but now it's softer and thinner, still fits well and comfortable, but not that thick denim feel anymore.
Mixed feelings about my order...it took quite a long time to arrive at the pick-up point; it was all well packaged and the staff were really helpful; although all the same size jeans (8R), the sizes were all over the show - some way too big, some way too small and one pair out of five fitted well. Also the return was a nightmare, having to rip open the parcel and check each item off. I understand why, thats not a problem, but I wish I had known, as I wouldnt have sealed it up. And when processing the return, there were multiple codes, multiple labels, and none of the codes married up with the returns note, so the member of staff had a lot of difficulty, and then had to wrap the parcel all up again. Thankfully the store was quiet, if it had been busy, it would have been awful.
