Very poor controls uneven cook lousy instructions
The product has some serious failings: 1. It does not cook evenly - for example sausages near the edges are underdone when those in the middle are overdone 2. The instructions are very poor. For example they suggest cooking a chicken in the top drawer. Which is hopeless as it would only fit a quail. You have to use the bottom one. Even then, a big chicken would not fit. They only list a small number of food types. There is no comparative chart for fan oven times and temperatures. 3. The controls are truly terrible. Time and temperature are not listed separately. The off control does not turn the device off. The only way of really doing that is to pull the plug. Setting both drawers and then syncing them (good idea) is a nightmare. Ergonomics therefore 1* 4. There is no preheat setting, but then it does not need one as it is not necessary. But to find that out had to search for the answer elsewhere. 5. There is no apparent way of adjusting time or temperature once you have started to cook. In all, whilst space saving and the handle removal is a good idea, this is a product which has been poorly thought out and ill explained. Not remotely impressed.

Wouldn't recommend.
Very disappointed after having a Ninja. I though i would try the original brand of air fryer, but i have been left disappointed. Takes twice as long to cook things and not cooked evenly. Temperature doesn't go above 200 and things quick much quicker in the oven which is defeating having an air fryer to things more economically.

Returned/waiting on a refund.
Extremely slow Air Fryer. Food took 3+times longer to cook than products recommended instructions. Shame as well built and looked good with great features. Wish I'd read online reviews before purchasing. Returns process was easy but the refund process takes too long in my opinion

Not impressed
It’s my wife who uses the air fryer. We have a single drawer Ninya which is great but my wife often comments it would be great to have two drawers so I bough your model. After a few uses she is not at all happy. Digital controls confusing, does not brown chips and other issues. Unfortunately it has now been confined to the garage. Will not buy another.

Excellent Tefal air fryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve used this air fryer for the past 2/3 weeks, great size draws, easy to use, fits nicely on the kitchen side as the draws are stacked meaning it fits perfectly under the cupboards. Touchscreen controls make it easy to use and multiple functions are really handy to have.

Great capacity and performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stack design is suitable for smaller kitchens as it doesnt take up much smaller space while the 2 drawers let me cook diff foods at the same time. As a vegetarian, i love making combinalions like crispy cauliflower , paneer Tikka, roasted veggies, and seasoned potatoes together. The sync function means everything finishes together, so thers no waiting together. The food comes around cooked evenly and uses very little oil. Very easy to clean , thansk to non stick baskets. And the sleek black design looks great on my counter.

Perfect Family Kitchen Tool

I a now able to cook dinner faster and taster also very healthy. The space saver of the design is a huge plus and o maximise space in my kitchen. The cooking recipes book is handy to create new dishes. The Tefal stack is I versatile and easy to use for great results. Overall is being a saver and a great addition into my kitchen, now I got more time to spend withy he family over the summer holidays instead to be cooking only. I am so looking forward to continue experimenting more new dishes, specially sweet ones. Highly recommend to make fun, functional and easy your experience in the kitchen!!! Even my husband is getting adventurous doing more cooking for the family since is so practical and always delivers fab food!

Compact stacking airfryer that delivers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tall double stacking air fryer which doesn’t take up too much room on the kitchen work surface delivered an even and thorough cooking experience. Easy to use and relatively easy to keep clean too. We’ve even started experimenting with different dishes in it too!

Air fryer for everyone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air fryer is brilliant! Its small in size but does still has a large 10l capacity due to its deep drawers which allows 4 different items to be cooked at once thanks to the racks provided. The air fryer takes up much less space than a standard air fryer and looks stylish. Its also been designed so well as the front panel clips off to enable the whole drawer to go in the dishwasher! It cooks food evenly and has touch screen buttons to use which adds a modern touch. I love the fact it reminds you to shake items mid way through cooking things like chips too! I would recommend this airfryer to everyone.

Great product. So versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. It doesn't take up much space - as guests have commented on. Each drawer can be used separately or both at once, making it very versatile. Great for cooking things more quickly than a conventional oven. The description said it comes with lids but there weren't any and the box didn't mention them. The drawers can be put through the dishwasher but I still wanted silicone liners as it means I can use it more than once in one go. It's really hard size to find liners for but hopefully this will change.
