Astonishing
I upgraded from the PL2 and was blown away by the improvements. The distortion during panning sequences is gone. The image is brighter making daytime viewing achievable. But it is the improvement in image clarity and colour representation where the differences really shine. Watching 4K films is a definite improvement but the IMAX enhancement is truly astonishing. I now have a film viewing experience better than any cinema I’ve ever been in.

Great picture quality from this excellent product
I have just purchased this hisense PX3TUK PRO UST laser projector as a replacement for my three year old Hisense 100L5FTUK . The original unit has been a great unit, but the new one is another level, if we get the same quality that lasts I will be very impressed. Definitely recomend for the large screen experience.

Amazing Picture Quality Feels Like a Premium LED
To set the tone, I’ve been using a projector for the last eight years, and moving away from a LED TV has been an amazing experience. This Hisense projector has genuinely impressed me with its overall performance. I’ve only had it for a few days, but the experience has already been mind-blowing. At the moment, I’m projecting it directly onto a white wall as we’ve just moved house, and I still can’t believe how good the picture looks. When the room is dark, the visuals really light up the whole space, especially during bright scenes while streaming. Honestly, if someone walked into the room without knowing much about projectors, they would probably say, “That LED TV looks really good,” and may not even realise the image is coming from a projector. Based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m confident the performance will continue to impress for years to come.

Outstanding Image Quality with Minor Setup Tweaks
I have been using the Hisense PX3 Pro for a short time now, and overall I am very impressed with its performance. Picture Quality The image quality is excellent. Brightness is more than sufficient even in a living-room environment, especially when paired with a CLR/ALR screen. Colours are vibrant without looking artificial, blacks are surprisingly deep for a UST projector, and HDR content looks punchy and detailed. Motion handling is very good once unnecessary processing is disabled. After coming from another triple-laser UST projector, I would say the PX3 Pro delivers an equal or better picture, particularly in HDR and overall contrast perception. Setup & Flexibility Setup is straightforward, but like most UST projectors, placement is critical. In my case, the projector needed to be raised slightly to perfectly match my existing screen height. This is not a fault, just something potential buyers should be aware of when integrating it into an existing setup. Once positioned correctly and with keystone disabled, the image is sharp edge-to-edge. Noise Level The only real downside is the fan noise. In high laser mode, the projector is clearly audible from about 3 metres away in quiet scenes. Reducing the laser power to “Medium” significantly improves this without noticeably impacting image brightness when using a CLR screen. With proper tuning and vibration isolation, the noise becomes acceptable for everyday viewing, but it is not silent. Connectivity & External Sources When paired with an external media player (in my case an NVIDIA Shield), playback is rock-solid. 4K HDR and Dolby Vision content works flawlessly. HDMI-CEC behaviour required some fine-tuning across devices, but once configured correctly, the system is stable and reliable. Conclusion The Hisense PX3 Pro is an excellent ultra-short-throw projector that delivers stunning picture quality and strong HDR performance at a very competitive price point. It does require some careful setup and tuning—particularly regarding placement, fan noise, and HDMI-CEC—but once dialled in, it provides a truly cinematic experience in a living-room environment. Highly recommended for users who prioritise image quality and are willing to spend a little time optimising their setup.

Px3 pro (2months in)
I've held off writing review until I'd been using it for a while. So the good first. This was a massive upgrade on my L5tuk. The brightness and overall picture are a huge step up. I have it with the 120" screen that came with the L5tuk. I always felt the l5 was OK for movies and series but it struggled with dark scenes and flesh tones. The px3pro has no issues. But it's real standout is with sport. There is now no difference between this and a tv. The bad - this was a nightmare to align. (As my screen was already on the wall from previous model) there was no way of keeping it to the same height as previous model, had to be lower. Closer to the wall yes, but lower. Then there is a focus setting that I'm still not sure if it is correct. Once you choose your size and have it aligned, the focus should be automatic. Overall the best ust on the market. I'm now a hisense loyal customer as I also have 2 100" led tvs and all have been great.

Disappointed it's missing features with UK model
This is an awesome laser projector but I'm really annoyed they have put Vidaa 7 OS on it and also not included the 3D feature where as in other countries this exact device has Google TV OS and 3D movies and games feature WHY!
