Inefficient design and not durable for the long term

In principle the product works but the design is fundamentally flawed as hairs easily get tangled on the roller. Trying to cut them out with scissors as per instructions works to an extent. But as you can’t remove the roller to clean/clear it properly - at least not easily, I’m suspecting I will need to replace this brush head again in the future.

Came in about 4 days from ordering.

Hoover started not picking up little power with head on. Thought about a new hoover, then as power fine with head off decided to buy new head. What a difference now working like on day one. Where as it about 15 years old.

Not good for hair!

This head comes with the cat and dog hoover, it's really not designed at all for animals. The brush gets full of hair very quickly, it winds it round so tightly that I have to literally cut the hair out on every use and I only have one dog! Wouldn't recommend.
