This is a great adaptor plug. Bought it recently for Christmas lights. Really useful to be able to switch off one or two sections with individual switches on the plug.

I have two of these, one in the kitchen and another in the bedroom, ideal if you don’t need an extension cable. Each switch has its own led light so you know which one is on. Price in Argos is good as well! Recommended

The supplier has advised the following for the Masterplug 3-Way Individually Switched Adaptor:
We’d have to advise no for a couple of reasons. (This is also not tested to be used in this way either). A 2-pin adapter will have a 2990w capacity and the 3 way unit could be setup with 3 x 3200w devices that would overload/blow the fuse.
Also the unit is bulky so, if connected to an adapter at one end and a 13A plug device at the other end, it may be too heavy for the wall socket and lever out.

In answer to your question - as long as you don't overload the adaptor's maximum power capacity, 13A (3,120W / 3.12kW), then there should not be a problem.
However, this does mean you will need to determine the power consumption of each item and add them together - but it is sounding fairly likely that this will be ok.
