Customers Say
Reliable, well-built printer with excellent print quality and easy setup. Ink tanks reduce costs. Some issues with Wi-Fi scanning, unclear instructions, and output tray design.

Excellent printer but could do with a USB port
It’s an excellent printer and easy to use with the exception of scanning a document via Wi-Fi to my MacBook. I just can’t find a way to make it work.

Paper selection media problem
I had numerous problems with this printer, the media for paper selection conflicted with the print selection so I had to overide for every print, the printer has been returned
Tim James, West Midlands
partly satisfied
nice machine easy to use very quiet but does not auto open the output tray resulting in paper falling on the floor.

REPLACEMENT FOR ANCIENT CANON PRINTER
Very easy to set up. I'm hoping these ink tanks will last longer than the old cartridges - which became prohibitively expensive. So far, all prints have been great quality - including photos.

Great printer for home
Once setup works well.. Could be better if the manual was included

Great product. Poor Instructions
The Printer is good. However setting it up was a problem as there are no clear instructions. I had to use my computer and watch a video to even find how & where to install the printer heads.

Lower cost to run
Recently purchased this to replace a TS8251 as we were getting through the cartridges too quickly and costing too much, when really the original had been brought for photo printing in the main.
