Excellent choice of options with this machine
Great machine, excellent coffee options, not sure about the noise when frothing milk, but that's a minor niggle, it does what it ays on the tin very happy

Better than expected
I bought this coffee machine about two months ago, and I’ve been really pleased with it. I don’t normally read instructions, but this time I decided to follow everything step by step. The setup was so easy, including the calibration and water hardness settings. The coffee tastes great! It’s worth trying different coffees and strength settings to find what you enjoy most. Once you find your favourite combination, it’s even better. Really happy with my purchase! The ergonomics are good too—I found the machine easy to set up and use, with straightforward instructions for calibration and water hardness. #IWorkForSharkNinja

So glad I bought it
I bought this a month ago and am still finding my way with it , but so far it's been amazing , so nice to have a barrista level coffee in my own home , still nice to go out and meet up in a coffee shop with friends , but this is so useful for all the other times you want a proper coffee at any time night or day . It was a significant investment but so far has definitely been worth it .

Not overly impressed - Nespresso more reliable
It's three weeks old now, but I was away for a fortnight. The grind is all over the place, telling me to use any number between 7 and 15 for the same coffee beans and for espresso. The lower grind number produces no coffee, just a dribble of tarry looking coffee, not enough to.usr. Sometimes the portafilter is soggy and full of liquid. I'm not convinced so far - this was quite a considered purchase and my reasonable expectations of it working reasonably is not a fare fetched idea. If offered a refund, I'd probably take it. Not overly impressed, despite the first few cups being okay. And the drip tray fills up after one coffee - this cannot be right.

Still learning
Not had long so still learning. Will always make a good coffee if you use good quality fresh beans. Love the milk frother and a hidden option to make the milk hotter the choices of foam is great. One of the froths looks like melted marshmallows so silky and smooth. The heated plate on top seems to take forever to heat up so I just put hot water in my cup whilst the beans are grinding. If making 2 of the same coffees one after another the grind selection can change which I find a bit strange. The water trough does fill up quickly and can spill out when moving to empty.

Great but FLAWED!
Although the Ninja Pro black on black looked great its perfomance was sadly lacking. Next iteration will be amazing but this one has a design flaw, it leaks from the auto purge from the steam wand, every time no matter if the bottom tray has any water in or not, the worktop under the unit is wet everytime. 2nd issue that I feel needs improving is true articulation of th steam wand not just a one outward position as this is difficult to get at the correct angle for steaming, the jug for manual steaming is also not a great shape and a little on the big side, for auto steaming though it worked quite well, until it purged the wand and it does this with quite an amount of water of which a lot of this leaks from the junction half wat down the run off spout. The machine has been returned within a few days for a refund but the next version I will for sure try again, hopefully Ninja can address some of the issues to make it a more robust machine. A lot to like though.
