Not Straight forward
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this machine for several months and still cannot produce a good bread loaf with the sensor. When the machine ends, the dough is very wet. I questioned this and was told to add less water. I cannot find any recipes for this mixer and therefore not using it to its full capacity.

Excellent Stylish Mixer
I bought this for my wife who uses a mixer at least once a day. After 10 years of service from another well known brand. We thought we would give this unit a try, as pretty much every other kitchen appliances is a Bosch. And well what can I say it is a beautiful piece of equipment that looks great on the worktop. Operating intuitively and with precision. The Mixer is powerful and cleverly designed watching dough mix in the bowl with the way it moves makes so much sense. My wife is really happy with it. She hasn't used any of the intelligent sensors as they are surplus to requirements for her. The scales top and bottom are brilliant. The way the bowl connects to the mixer is great as when you take it out of the dishwasher it doesn't hold water in it by design. I think Bosch have absolutely nailed it on this mixer. Looking forward to buying all the attachments. Hopefully Bosch make a series 6 double long slot toaster to toast all the lovely bread being made. You won't be disappointed if your considering buying this mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this machine. I have owned a K*nwood for the last 10 years, back when they used to be good. After 10 years of heavy use, it was time to look for a new one. Took a gamble on the Bosch one and my goodness am I happy with my choice. This machine is beautiful. Looks great in the kitchen. The bowl has no silly gaps at the bottom for gunk to get stuck in. It's much quieter than the K*nwood. And the dough hook is fabulous! It kneeds the same way you would do it by hand. I use this machine everyday sometimes multiple times in the day and it is just a dream to work with. Very slick. And the scales on the bottom AND the top are genius. Fantastic machine!

It looks sleek and has a high quality finish which will look fab in any kitchen! The mixer comes with 3 attachments for kneading, mixing and whisking. These are easily changed with the tool eject button. The large 5.5l bowl is sturdy and easy to place and clean. The integrated scales are so helpful and such an amazing feature! Which just makes it so much easier with this at hand. You would think it would a very noisey mixer but I was pleasantly surprised at even on the highest speed it was not like a rocket taking off! So easy to clean and the bowl is very sturdy. The spash guard is great and saves my counter top from those inevitable spills. I found it easy to pour into the opening on the splash guard and could add ingredients as I went along with ease. The mixer itself produces perfect results from bread, cakes and meringues they all turned out so well and the right consistency. It doesn’t over mix. I also bake gluten free cakes and every bake was perfect, cakes were perfect, light and airy! It has a range of settings such as stuff egg whites which you can choose through the menu via the dial. It is easy to access and scroll through the options. My son’s favourite was the soufflé pancakes which turned out so well and is and simple when using this mixer! This is a fantastic mixer for all and is easy to use, looks great and will give you perfect results every time! Definitely recommend this Amazing Bosch mixer!

Versatile and helpful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been looking for a new mixer and this is above and beyond what we expected. It’s very stylish, although does need quite a bit of worktop space, so might have to be stored in a cupboard long term. The mixer is powerful with a 1600w motor but still quiet enough to have a conversation over the top. There are integrated scales both in the bowl and on top of the machine - very handy and helps to cut down the speed of cooking. It’s so precise with measurements set per gram. The attachments are also all dishwasher safe. I like the number of settings which even includes a bread setting with kneading hook, the mixer even recognises when the dough is ready to stop overprooving. There are even different settings for dairy and non dairy cream options! There are 7 different program options and I can’t wait to try them all with settings for making pasta, pasty, meringue and cakes!
