I’m really impressed with the Shark FlexStyle IonCurl. The lilac colour really pops and looks great, while the styler itself feels sturdy and well made. The dryer is very powerful, making drying my hair much quicker and easier. I also really like how well placed the controls are — they’re easy to reach and use while styling without getting in the way. The travel bag is a brilliant addition, especially for keeping all the attachments together and making it much easier to take the FlexStyle away with you. The instructions were also clear and easy to follow, which made getting started straightforward. I’d say the only thing that takes a little getting used to is the technique for the different attachments. It definitely takes some practice to get the hang of how to use them properly, but once you start getting the technique, the results are really good. Overall, a great all-in-one styling tool that feels powerful, well designed and looks fantastic too. 💜

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] absolutely love my Shark FlexStyle! The lilac colour is gorgeous, and the packaging was great, it arrived beautifully presented and well protected. Most importantly, it works brilliantly on my curls. My curls stay in place really well, while still looking soft, defined and natural. I’ve really struggled with other products in the past and almost gave up and just using a hair wrap over night whilst asleep! It didn’t take much getting used to as it’s so easy to use and felt like it wasn’t burning my hair like other products. I’d be keen to know if anyone’s got a top styling spray to keep my curls in longer but this is by far the best it’s been with no products so far! It’s also so convenient having a styler and dryer in one. I’m really happy with this and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hair styler! Product was a gift

Works great with thin hair!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing this product for a couple of weeks now and was a little sceptical at first as I have very thin hair but this works wonders with it! The product comes in user friendly packaging with steps on what to do and the user guide is very easy to follow. I love the lilac colour and that it comes with a very handy storage bag to keep all the bits in one place. I find the heat and speed control of the dryer amazing compared to my standard dryer and have noticed a lot less hair falling out due to the control you have over heat and speed which is brilliant! It has taken a few attempts to get used to all the attachments especially the curling features but that is due to me not really doing much with my hair before so it's all new to me! Once you get the hang of it all it's super easy to use and I highly recommend this product!

Very Good Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Shark Flex Ion Curl through the post and was immediately struck by how nice the box is and when opening it how good the packaging is, it comes with a black travel case which is really good quality. The Flex Styler is solid and well made, it feels sturdy and that it won't break easily. The dryer is powerful and the styler is ieasy to use the curling tool took abit of getting use to, but this is due to not using this type of styler before, but it's very good for fine hair which i have. It made my hair less frizzy and very soft. I definitely think i will be using this more than my straighteners which can only be a good thing as i feel this styler will be better for my hair.

Sharks Impressive Flexstyle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shark FlexStyle IonCurl Review My husband received the Shark FlexStyle IonCurl for free to test and review. He has very short hair and asked if I would try it out. Overall I’ve been really impressed with it. It feels like a premium product, and I absolutely love the lilac colour. It comes with a great selection of attachments, allowing you to dry, smooth and curl your hair without needing lots of different styling tools. I think this makes it a really versatile product and a good option if you want several styling functions in one. The FrizzFighter attachment is honestly the star of the show for me. It smooths the hair beautifully without flattening it, leaving it looking sleek, shiny and polished. If you struggle with humidity, flyaways or general frizz, I would say this attachment alone makes the FlexStyle IonCurl worth considering. One minor issue I found was the size of the brush head. I have very thick, shoulder-length hair, and I found the brush was quite large and made the dryer feel a little heavy to use. I also found it difficult to use effectively around the shorter sections of my hair. A slightly smaller brush head would make it easier to style different hair lengths and would make the product feel more accessible to people with shorter hairstyles. That said, the brush does give great volume when drying the longer sections of my hair. I just feel that Shark may be missing an opportunity to cater more for people with shorter hair. Another thing I felt was missing was a diffuser. I have naturally wavy/curly hair, so I would have really liked to see how the FlexStyle IonCurl performed with my natural texture. Having a diffuser attachment would make the product even more versatile for people with curly or wavy hair. I’ve only had the product for a few weeks, so I haven’t yet tried using the curling barrels. I think they will require a little time and practice to get the right technique, particularly when it comes to taking the right amount of hair for each section. However, I’m looking forward to practising with them and feel that, once I get the technique right, they could give a really good result. The storage bag is also a great idea. It makes it much easier to keep all the attachments together and is particularly useful if you want to take the FlexStyle away with you. Overall, I think the Shark FlexStyle IonCurl really gives its competitors a run for their money. I’ve used some of the other versions of the FlexStyle, and based on my experience so far, I think this is an outstanding product. Despite a few small areas where I think it could be improved — particularly the brush size and the lack of a diffuser — I’ve been very impressed with its performance and versatility.

Shark vs Dyson
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very old OG Dyson airwrap which never held my curls so is now just my overpriced hairdryer. Because of that I never would have gone out and bought the shark because I assumed it would be the same thing in a different package. I was selected to be a product tester and I’m sooo happy I was because it’s amazing and I never would have tried it otherwise. I’ll go over the pros/ cons/ differences. First impression the shark comes with a black carry bag and the Dyson the hard storage box. The hard box feels a bit more luxury with the Dyson but the bag is MUCH more convenient for me to hide away in a drawer when I’m not using it. That’s a preference for me as I prefer a clear side but some people might not mind it being out and looking at it. Comparing the curling barrel size. Side by side the shark is longer and wider than the standard Dyson one. I have mid/long length hair so that’s a shark win for me. Also it literally has L/R written on it rather than following arrows which feels a bit more idiot proof. I am an idiot therefore I like this. As I have the old Dyson airwrap you still need to switch out the barrels for each side so there’s no difference but I do know the new Dyson air-wrap models can change with a switch. I just done half a head at a time and it was fine. Pausing when you are getting the new section hair is super convenient. The only downside to this is i forgot to turn it off and went out and left it on pause for 12 hours and didn’t notice until bedtime. I can confirm this does not get hot and burn the house down but I will try not to forget in future! The bend in the handle when rough drying feels more comfortable on your wrist and elbow. I don’t have really thick hair so it’s quick for me anyway but side by side it’s still my preference. The size of the blow dry brush is a massive difference and much bigger with the shark. Again this will just come down to personal preference but a larger brush works better for my hairstyle. Most important for me is how the curls held up. I managed an entire day, looking after 2 kids, cooked dinner, got caught in a bit of rain and a glass of wine with a friend and they still held! That’s unheard of for my hair. Overall really happy with the product and the Dyson airwrap will be going on vinted!

Great all-in-one hair styler – easy to use and ama

It feels like a premium product and I love the lilac colour. It comes with a good selection of attachments, so you can dry, smooth and curl your hair without needing lots of different styling tools. The curling attachments are probably my favourite part. Once you get used to using them, the airflow helps wrap the hair around the barrel and creates really nice, bouncy curls. I also found that my hair looked smoother and less frizzy after styling. It dries my hair quickly and I like that I can style using airflow rather than relying on really high heat. Changing between the attachments is also quick and easy. It did take me a little bit of practice to get the best results from the curlers, but after a few tries it became much easier. Overall, I think the Shark FlexStyle IonCurl is a really versatile and easy-to-use hair styler. I particularly like being able to dry, curl and smooth my hair with one device. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you regularly style your hair and want one tool that can do several different jobs.

Love the attachments
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an amazing product!! Would definitely recommend! Easy to use with amazing results. My hair is a nightmare to dry with my old hairdryer due to being naturally curly and frizzy but this product leaves my hair straight using the straightening brush leaving minimal frizz, more than halving styling time and making my life much simpler! The curl attachment is equally amazing and leaves beautifully curly hair with volume and curls lasting for days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sharkflex styler as a selected tester. The colour of the styler is gorgeous and it is very easy to hold and use. There are lots of tools provided with the styler and a very large and useful storage bag. I have used all of the tools and find them to be of very good quality. The curling tool is excellent and gave me some really great bouncy waves. The directional nozzle was also very good, and with the styler being lightweight it made styling my hair very easy.

Impressive amazing curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark FlexStyle IonCurl is an impressive all-in-one styling tool that combines a powerful hair dryer with several styling options, making it possible to dry, smooth, add volume and create curls without constantly switching between different appliances. I love the lightweight design and the range of attachments included, which makes it a genuinely versatile alternative to owning several separate hair tools. It came with a carry bag to hold everything together which fits in my draw nicely and easy enough to grab on the go to throw in my bag/suitcase. I found there is a knack to it, particularly when using the curling barrels. Getting the right technique and section of hair amount can take some practice but once you’ve got to grips with it OMG it’s amazing! It took some getting used to the buttons at first but now it’s so easy to use. It can be fairly noisy at the highest settings but it’s very powerful for such a little thing. Overall, the FlexStyle IonCurl is super versatile and an easy to use multi-styler that delivers impressive results once you get used to it. If you’re looking to replace several hair-styling tools with one device it’s a great option and considerably more affordable than some premium alternatives.
