Excellent performance - light, v high suction, quiet - a joy to use. Wife v impressed! Originally purchased for upstairs, to compliment [v heavy] excellent [automatic height variable] Sebo downstairs - but the Duoflex is much preferred for both. Tempted to buy another Duoflex for downstairs!

Excellent cleaning which makes rugs look like new. Easy to assemble, use and clean. My one criticism is that the powered brush increases the effort needed to use the cleaner by making it feel very much heavier to move around, a situation not helped because the length of the tube connecting the brush to the motor is not adjustable.

Good but hard work if you have a nice comfy carpet.
The hoover has a fantastic suction which is what you need from your hoover… however I’ve deducted a star because it’s actually hard work hoovering my living room because the carpet is lush! I’ve also deducted another star because the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised as the small print says it only lasts 17 minutes if you’re using it with attachments fitted? So if you want it to last longer just disconnect everything and use it as a handheld hoover and get on your knees. That doesn’t sound right does it? Still undecided as wether to pass it on to my son!

Love this vacuum its so easy to use and great for anybody with back and joint problems, also so versatile and having no lead to plug in makes super easy I’m so impresssed i have bought an additional one to have upstairs, also the emptying of the appliance is very easy I’m so glad i chose Miele as with all my kitchen appliances Miele are a superb brand.

Wish i had tested this vac before i committed so much money, i would not reccommend.
Seems underpowered on flat surfaces,unless you use full power. The dust collection bag/cylynder is way too small and difficult to empty even before it gets full, i bought a cheap Aldi stick vacuum and the bag / cylyder is way better than my brand new Miele.

Very easy to use.
Since getting the Duoflex we now use it all the time in preference to our traditional vacuum cleaner because it is so much easier without a plug in lead and just as powerful. The small hand held is easy to detach and great for stairs, upholstery and small spaces. If I had one comment it is a bit heavy, but I think this is due to its excellent quality.

Excellent dispatch time and a delighted daughter
Purchased this as present for my daughter as although she has a larger cylinder Miele vacuum, in service without problems for many years, considered with her busy life, this would be an asset. She is delighted with it! Quick and easy and very long battery life so able to swish around her whole house efficiently.

I really love my new vacuum. It’s stylish, well-made and really handy to use without having a cord to be plugged in & drag around. A little heavier than I expected but this doesn’t detract.

Excellent performance and good battery life
Cleaner works really well very pleased. only downside for me is the cable connection is in an awkward place and really fiddly to plug and unplug. Placing on the wall mount is a bit hit and miss as well. I think the cable should connect automatically when placed on the wall mount like the Dyson
