Battery life not as expected.
The toothbrush works fine. However, compared to my old sonicare the battery last 70% less. I only get six uses of it, that is, three days compared to over a week for my old one (HX939W). Charging also it takes much longer than with the old sonicare.

This is my 5th sonicare brush in the last 18 -20 Years. All the brushes have been great to use & do a fantastic job of keeping my teeth & mouth clean & fresh.Great design and features. Quality product. The only comment is you can't see the pressure light if you have large hands.

Good Brush, Quality not what you'd hope for.
I do like the fact that this and the previous Sonicare brushes that I've had get your teeth nice and clean (the whole point really), I also like that you can adjust the intensity and to a lesser extent cleaning programmes. I do think that I seem to be charging this one more regularly though. The issue I have is build quality, the last one I had to replace as the stem that you fit the brush onto no longer held the brush firmly, the one before same thing and the on/off button sank into the brush body, the one previous kept coming on on its own and flattening the battery and waking me up if it did so in the night .....

Faulty - keeps switching itself on
The toothbrush is faulty. After 4-weeks it randomly started switching itself on after use. We were (as a family) travelling for Easter school holidays to visit family and the toothbrush kept us all up for a proportion of the night (family of 4 sleeping in a ferry cabin). It kept switching itself on and was buzzing very loudly - with no way to keep it switched off. It then of course had no charge left to actually clean my teeth. It even kept switching itself on whilst n it’s case on my knee (I had to keep it close by to monitor it!) Google informs us it has a defective switch. I will be contacting customer services. I’ve never had this before - very disappointing, especially as such a new product. Terrible.

So not ever really wanting an electric toothbrush, I must admit it is a really good product. It is easy to use, the app is great and I love the colour. I would recommend one.

Very happy customer
Replaced my previous one which broke due to falling of the sink side (more than once). I wanted the replacement because I suffer with gum disease and use the gum health setting which has evidenced (via my dentist) that my gum disease has improved. Some may be put off by the cost but when considering the potential loss of teeth it’s worth every penny.

The Binatone 410 Spirit is a corded telephone, and as such, it does not typically come with a "travel case" or require charging in the conventional sense.
