About this product
The Marcy MWM-4965 is the ideal home gym for beginners. The innovative intermediate pulley system accepts all supplied gym accessories, including the Ab Crunch Strap. 3-cable systems incorporate aircraft cables and sealed bearings for a smooth feel. They activate the Leg Extension and the station combining Pec Dec and Chest Press. The 68kg weight stack generates up to 90kg of resistance and comes with a combination lock that you set to prevent unauthorized use. Steel frame and powder coat finish provide structural support and scratch protection.
The Marcy MWM-4965 Home Gym targets every muscle group. Packed with a vast range of features, you can rapidly switch between different exercise stations for an effective and balanced full-body workout.
This all-rounder offers space-saving and convenience: 3 pulley systems, a bench built into the lower framework with a 68kg Weight Stack, and arms combining Chest Press and Pec Dec in a single station. PLEASE NOTE THIS ITEM IS DELIVERY TO KERBSIDE ONLY.

Purchased this for home gym and it is the perfect addition to it, hits every muscle group needed with some great exercises definitely worth the money would highly recommend

Amazing home gym.
I bought this christmas day as it was reduced for that day only. My advise before building . .watch the Youtube video as it shows you step by step. Although the instructions are straight forward enough. For those that said they built this within 2-3 hours. . .you're lying. It took me about 7 hours but I spread it across the week due to work etc. At first I regretted getting it as felt like there wasn't many workouts, after watching a demo video on youtube. . .I love it. It gives a full body workout. .without having to wait in a gym.

I have just purchased this so cannot comment on the use of it yet. the build quality I think is very good it did take a bit of time to build it the instruction are easy to follow but my recommendation would be to look on line as there is a visual of it going through each step which would help you much better than read the instructions. overall I am happy with this product.

Very good quality product
Very nice quality product. All the parts are of good quality and very solid. Assembly is also quite straight forward, took me 2-3 hours and can be managed even if you are on your own, however having another person to help is a plus. Due to string lengths and overall prduct height, this gym is more suitable for height under 6 feet (but this is purely my perception!!!)

Great addition to my homegym
I've had this a couple of weeks now and am very happy with it, especially for the price. I can however see how it would be awkward for a taller person, being 5"2 it's the perfect size for me but the seat would be awkward for tall people and the cables could be abit longer but no issues for me. I managed to put it together on my own with relative ease but would recommend 2 people to get it done quicker

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Marcy MWM-4965 Compact Home Multi Gym: Any individual between 4 ft 6 inches – 6 ft should be able to exercise on the gym. The seat is not adjustable.
