About this product
You're training at home with a compact gym that fits your space. This Marcy multi gym is designed for beginners starting their strength training journey. It's got a 68kg weight stack generating up to 90kg of resistance. The innovative pulley system works with all included accessories, like the Ab Crunch Strap. Three cable systems use aircraft cables and sealed bearings for smooth movement.
The steel frame has a powder coat finish to protect against scratches. Switch between butterfly press, pec dec, leg extension, and lat pull down stations. The bench is built into the lower framework for space-saving convenience. Arms combine chest press and pec dec in a single station. There's a combination lock you set to prevent unauthorised use.

Multi Gym - got there in the end
certain does take the 6 hours advised to put together (some instructions could be a little clearer) and we did have a few bits left over. but overall it does the job we wanted it for.

Amazing home gym.
I bought this christmas day as it was reduced for that day only. My advise before building . .watch the Youtube video as it shows you step by step. Although the instructions are straight forward enough. For those that said they built this within 2-3 hours. . .you're lying. It took me about 7 hours but I spread it across the week due to work etc. At first I regretted getting it as felt like there wasn't many workouts, after watching a demo video on youtube. . .I love it. It gives a full body workout. .without having to wait in a gym.

I have just purchased this so cannot comment on the use of it yet. the build quality I think is very good it did take a bit of time to build it the instruction are easy to follow but my recommendation would be to look on line as there is a visual of it going through each step which would help you much better than read the instructions. overall I am happy with this product.

Very good quality product
Very nice quality product. All the parts are of good quality and very solid. Assembly is also quite straight forward, took me 2-3 hours and can be managed even if you are on your own, however having another person to help is a plus. Due to string lengths and overall prduct height, this gym is more suitable for height under 6 feet (but this is purely my perception!!!)

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Marcy MWM-4965 Compact Home Multi Gym: Any individual between 4 ft 6 inches – 6 ft should be able to exercise on the gym. The seat is not adjustable.
