Argos to the rescue
Argos were the only place with these invaluable folding crates in stock and for a reasonable price. It is possible to get sturdier versions but these met our needs at the time.

Avoid at any cost !
If you have money to throw away, go ahead, buy it. As soon as you try to open the crates , the plastic fall apart. In fact they are still in the boot of the car , to be thrown away.
