The Bush BGC50DWX Gas Cooker is built for compact kitchens where space matters but you still need proper cooking power. This double oven gas cooker fits neatly into smaller spaces while giving you a generous conventional oven for roasting and baking, plus a separate second cavity that doubles as a gas grill. Four gas burners on top give you varied heat zones for multiple pans, and automatic ignition means no fumbling for matches. The flame failure device cuts off the gas if the flame goes out, adding safety during busy cooking sessions.
Easy-clean enamel lines both cavities, so you can wipe away spills and splashes without scrubbing for hours. Cooker works well but 2 minor defects
The cooker works fine but I have 2 minor concerns (i) the cooker should have come with a coffee adaptor (so you can put a moka coffee pot on the gas rings) but this was not supplied so I'm going to have to chase up Argos or Bush, and (ii) our old gas cooker had a recess at the back to accommodate the gas pipe so you could push the back o the cooker right up against the wall. This model does not have a recess so it has to be 3-4cm away from the wall to accommodate the gas pipe. This looks a bit unsightly and, of course, there's always the danger of food or utensils going down the back. So, the cooker works fine but I want my coffee adaptor and the makers should incorporate a recess at the back to accommodate the gas supply pipe.

Poorly made
The knob on the oven wouldn’t turn to heat during installation. Told to try again and if a problem to initiate the guarantee. The spring holding the knob was broken and came off. Also the gas will turn off randomly. Tried getting in touch with bush twice, told replacement knob would be posted out no word on gas going out. I’m going to cut my losses and get another oven. Do not buy this oven it is cheaply made, guarantee has not been honoured you don’t need the stress.
