Sturdy and works but with some shortcomings
Probably one of better declining benches that has a leg station without getting into silly prices. With that said there are some annoying shortcomings that stop this getting rated higher in my opinion. The seat pads pinch when moving the bench into the decline position. I’ve installed these correctly and there is no scope to change this. It’s not catastrophic (about 1-2”) but does need a bit of force to get the bench fully seated. I’m 6ft and struggle to get my feet on the floor when using the decline bench. The arm curl pad is too narrow and even on the highest setting the leg curl pad will interfere when lowering a bar. The leg station can be removed to remedy this but having to undo bolts just hints to a poor design. Leg station can take 1” and Olympic plates which is nice although the bar (as with all benches) is too short but probably good enough for beginner to intermediate level. The base of this bench has no rubber/protective feet which surprised me. Not a massive problem, anyone with a nice floor can just put a mat down etc - again just another thing overlooked. The bench setup is for 7ft bar so make sure you have ordered or have the appropriate bar. With all the above said it’s a sturdy bench and easy to setup but the shortcomings hold this back from 4/5 star rating.

Perfect for what is advertised
I've had this item for well over 6 months now and it is perfect for what you would like to use it for. Pretty much everything is adjustable and the finish is solid. (providing you tighten it properly) Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about purchasing!

Does the job…
The quality is quite good. The only thing I would do differently would be to get one with standard sized stand. This Olympic width just barely works with my weight bar. Other than requiring careful focus when finishing and setting the bar into the holds, it is a good bench. Another thing, the attachment of the front end could have been better designed for a fixed rigid vertical alignment.
