Good big heavy plates
I bought this set of 4 plates for my wife who has health problems. I'd recently paid a similar prices for a single polypropylene plate which, although it had a lipped edge, purportedly designed for my wife's needs, it was quite small and exceptionally light and simply slid around the table. These plates are just the opposite, large heavy plates that stay in place as she eats. Each time they knock against the sink, I'm expecting them to break but they're proving to be quite robust. I also like using them myself. If you have a huge appetite, this plate will accommodate a large serving. If you don't have a huge appetite, you don't need a side plate. Just the job for a small meal and accompanying bread. I love these plates and am happy to recommend them.
