Best domestic out there!
This is the best domestic machine! Reasonable price, can buy a version that’s even cheaper - just has less stitch options. The decorative stitches are great, can sew through decently thick fabrics for a domestic machine! I was planning to buy a Singer HD, but this is so much better than any of the Singer HDs I’ve used. The extension table is a great accessory, and with other brands can cost up to £100 more on top of the machine! Soooo easy to set up and learn, took me an hour or so and covered all the basics and button related accessories. I know someone who has had the lesser version of this machine for 5 years - no problems, no maintenance, just like new.

Was bit nervous about using a computerised machine but it was so easy to use. Instruction book is clear and. having the option of using the foot pedal or the button on the machine to start sewing is really good. Choosing the various patterns is very simple. Would recommend this machine.

The Brother FS70WTX Sewing Machine with Wide Table requires the use of a SA156 bobbin, which is a Class 15, 11.5mm plastic bobbin; Metal bobbins or other types should not be used.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Brother FS70WTX Sewing Machine with Wide Table: For the FS70WTX, a non-stick foot is recommended for sewing on fine fabrics. The part code for the non-stick foot is F007N.
The feed height can be lowered.
Unfortunately, the foot feed height cannot be changed.
