Effective for the job is has to do.
Bought this for my husband and though it may not last as long as those costing a lot more it will certainly last a goods few years and was reasonably priced. So he was very pleased with it..

Poor Quality
This product is of poor quality and doesnt dispense the fertilizer and seed consistently and in an even manner, even in the 0 setting it still spills. Not very good would not recommend.

Don't bother...
The most important requirement of a spreader is being able to control the distribution - this item struggles to do this effectively so fundamentaly fails to perform its function. Not worth the money.

Handle come off when it come out of box and you do not get an even spread, regardless of adjustment of flow the hole centres do not line up hence when partially opened the gap at one side is more that the gap at the other side. Therefore letting more through
