About this product
Stay comfortable all night with this 7.5 tog duvet that works perfectly for spring, autumn and those in-between nights when you need a bit of warmth without feeling too heavy. It's made in the UK with a hollowfibre filling that keeps its shape and provides support, while the soft cover feels gentle and fresh against your skin. The single size fits standard single beds and gives you cosy, reliable comfort that's easy to care for. It's non-allergenic, which makes it a practical choice for everyday use.
The machine washable design fits in a standard washing machine, so keeping it fresh is simple and straightforward. You can tumble dry it too, which means less waiting around and more time enjoying a clean, comfortable bed. The hollowfibre filling bounces back after washing without going flat, so it keeps delivering comfort wash after wash. Lightweight, soft, and warm duvet ideal for spring and summer. Good quality and value for money. Some find it slightly small or warmer than expected, but overall comfortable and breathable.

warm & cozy
Great duvet, very light, soft, and warm without being stifling. It is slightly on the small side, not quite filling the duvet cover, but I still recommend it

Light yet warm
Have been using this a week now, and I am really pleased with how light yet warm it is. Even though it has been colder the last few nights, I have been warm and cosy. An added benefit is that this weight will fit in my washing machine when it needs washing.

Great blanket
Light blanket, good for autumn, fairly soft, it doesn't have any 'plastic' feeling even it's polyester. Good value for money. Order and pick up within hours at a nearby Argos chain, very efficient services.

The best, better than all the rest
The best duvet! We have a newish build, mid terrace, and it gets really warm. We use a 4.5 tog in summer and still sweat! But as autumn drew in, my husband was complaining he was cold, so we put the 10.5 tog quilt on; which is another popular brand and one of high quality. The other brand is nice a thick and bouncy, but I wake up sweating throughout the night, it’s not breathable. So I took a chance on Habitat and it did not disappoint! It’s so fluffy and bouncy, it’s warm, but not too warm, it’s lightweight and I don’t wake up sweating. The only downside is that I have to get out of it in the morning! Honestly the best, don’t buy any other.

Light fluffy duvet
The duvet is very soft and fluffy and weighs almost nothing. I've given only 4 stars because I don't know how long it stays this way as only used it for two nights

Hi Sue
With regard to a 7.5 tog duvet such as the Supersoft Washable 7.5 Tog Duvet - Single, I have found the following advice:
1-3 years: As your child grows, their body temperature regulation improves. However, toddlers are still susceptible to overheating. A tog rating of 4.0 to 4.5 offers a comfortable balance between warmth and safety for this age group.
4 years and up: Children in this age range can typically handle slightly higher tog ratings. A duvet with a tog rating of 7.0 to 9.0 should provide sufficient warmth without causing discomfort.
Keep in mind that these recommendations are not set in stone, as every child is unique and may have different comfort preferences. Factors such as the room temperature and your child’s sleepwear should also be considered when selecting the right duvet for your toddler. Moreover, always ensure that the duvet is the correct size for their bed to prevent excess material from posing a suffocation risk.
Hope this helps. Thanks for using Q&A.
