Light and flimsy
Although it looks the same as the shower hose it replaced it is much lighter and flimsier. It feels as if it has been made as cheaply as possible and I don't expect it to last long.

Does what it’s supposed to
I bought this to replace an existing shower hose which had split. It was a simple job though the connection at the electric shower end was a little awkward due to the shortness of the “knut” which meant it had to use a wrench to tighten it sufficiently

I can advise that this is designed to replace the hose on a shower unit and is made to fit all models. It's not a tap to shower head adaptor.

The Argos Home 1.5m Shower Hose - Chrome is not designed to be connected end-to-end to create a longer hose (like 3m). Shower hoses typically have one end that connects to the water outlet and the other to the showerhead, and they don’t have compatible fittings to join them together.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the 1.5m Shower Hose - Chrome: ''There are 2 different hose nuts at 2 ends, one is conical and one is hexagonal. The conical nut should be connected to shower head and the hexagonal nut should be connected to tap.''
