I can advise that this is designed to replace the hose on a shower unit and is made to fit all models. It's not a tap to shower head adaptor.

The Argos Home 1.5m Shower Hose - Chrome is not designed to be connected end-to-end to create a longer hose (like 3m). Shower hoses typically have one end that connects to the water outlet and the other to the showerhead, and they don’t have compatible fittings to join them together.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the 1.5m Shower Hose - Chrome: ''There are 2 different hose nuts at 2 ends, one is conical and one is hexagonal. The conical nut should be connected to shower head and the hexagonal nut should be connected to tap.''
