althoughmade incredibly well this is the first products that I found uninspiring the information that was given wasn’t really necessary. There wasn’t any extra external perennials for charging extra items so you are limited to your phone watch and headphones unfortunately mine had a slight product fault and I was able to return it I didn’t request an exchange but don’t let this put you off. It’s worth a try.

Great desktop charger

Only had this for a few days, got a great price thanks Anker. Very well built, fan is silent for most part but when it’s in boost or ice mode you can hear it. Connects to your phone via Bluetooth and the Anker app so you can adjust settings and gives you the wattage output. The display is crisp and gives you plenty of information about charging speeds. Haven’t had any issues with the phone charging pad hinge being loose and doesn’t stay in place. Also be aware that you only get the full 25 watts charging on your phone when battery is less than 50%. Seen quite a few reviews that say it doesn’t charge at the full 25 watts, it does when your battery is lower than 50% after that it goes into slower charge rate to keep your battery in optimal condition. Very happy with this purchase.

Brilliant New Product with only one minor flaw

Firstly, I try not to criticise too much; I own a LOT of anker products, and I’ve been waiting a while for this one. Out of the box it’s simple and sleek, and its appearance matches that of the other Prime Products - they look effortless next to each other. This has a smart display with touchscreen bar, a cooling fan (which can be switched off) and app support allowing firmware updates and some customisation of the screen (clock, screensaver, charging mode). It doesn’t have as many options as the other prime non wireless chargers, but it doesn’t need it. There is one notable thing about this though, the viewing angle for the phone is adjustable, and the hinge is very weak. It does hold my phone now, but moves so easily, and when removing the phone several times a day, I can see it getting weaker. It is of course covered by a Warranty, so will be used if needed, and I really hope not. Overall, very solid, price is fair with the early bird discount, and im happy so far.

Recently purchased this Anker charging station (directly from Anker), which just arrived yesterday. I have spent several hours using it to power my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. At first glance, the product exemplifies Anker’s renowned commitment to thoughtful design and robust construction. The materials feel premium, the base is solid and weighty, and the overall design exudes a sense of quality and stability. The adjustable phone stand is intuitively engineered, and the small integrated display adds both functionality and modern aesthetic appeal. I also appreciate how the base’s muted colour scheme harmonises beautifully with my room’s understated décor—an elegant touch that enhances its visual presence. Edit 1: The integrated cooling fan constitutes a particularly commendable feature. It effectively maintains optimal device temperature during charging, thereby safeguarding long-term battery integrity. Moreover, the capacity to adjust fan speed via the companion application reflects both practicality and precision in design. This meticulous attention to thermal regulation exemplifies Anker’s hallmark of refined and deliberate engineering. However, the experience is notably compromised by a single but significant flaw: the hinge mechanism used to adjust the phone’s viewing angle is unacceptably weak. It fails to hold the phone securely in position, consistently sagging downward after adjustment. This issue makes it necessary to readjust the stand repeatedly, which becomes frustrating over time—especially given the product’s otherwise exceptional quality. At first, I suspected that the weight of my iPhone (with its protective case attached) might be the cause. Yet after comparing it with other Anker products I own (such as the Anker 3-in-1 Cube with MagSafe)—each equipped with stronger and more stable hinges—I am confident this is not an issue of phone weight but rather a design or manufacturing deficiency. Edit 2: After using the product continuously since launch, I have also observed a discrepancy in its advertised charging performance. Anker claims 25-watt fast charging for the iPhone, yet the device never achieves this output. The highest wattage I have recorded is 20 watts, and even that appears only as a brief peak (only once!) rather than a sustained rate. Most of the time, charging remains in the 10- to 15-watt range, which falls considerably short of the stated specification. I have tried using it with a case and without a case, but this made no difference. This inconsistency diminishes the product’s functional value and raises legitimate concerns about the accuracy of Anker’s marketing, venturing into the realm of misleading advertising. This shortcoming is particularly disappointing, as Anker typically sets the standard for reliability and build quality within this category. The rest of the unit reflects precisely the level of craftsmanship and thoughtful design one expects from the brand, which makes both the weak hinge and the overstated charging performance feel like oversights unworthy of Anker’s otherwise excellent engineering standards. In summary, this product offers superb aesthetics, a premium tactile feel, and reliable multi-device charging convenience. Yet the inadequate hinge mechanism and failure to meet its advertised iPhone charging wattage substantially detract from its overall usability and credibility. If these flaws were addressed—through a more robust hinge and accurate charging performance—the product would easily merit a full five-star rating.
