About this product
Engine light's glowing and you'd rather know what's wrong before the garage gets involved. This wireless diagnostic reader from Streetwize plugs into your car's OBD II port and sends fault codes to your smartphone over WIFI. Works with free or paid apps on iOS, Android, Windows PC, and Mac, so you can use any device you have. It reads generic and manufacturer-specific codes, shows live engine data, and checks emission readiness. Covers all OBD II certified vehicles from 2001 onwards, including CAN systems. Download a reader app, connect via WIFI, and you're set.
The wireless connection means you can sit in the driver's seat and check codes on your phone without cables trailing everywhere. Compatible with most petrol and diesel cars made after 2001 with OBD II certification. Reads Diagnostic Trouble Codes and translates them through your chosen app. Shows live engine data so you can monitor what's happening in real time. Works with iOS and Android mobiles, tablets, Windows PCs and Macs. Not suitable for motorcycles, hybrids or electric vehicles.

Works and good value.
works well for me - but is an older model of an ELM327 clone and probably wont work with some modern scanning software. For me it worked well with Forscan Lite on iphone.

Please do not buy it
It is rubbish. And waste of money. Once you buy the device you have to buy subscription for a year.it will cost you more than the other devices.

Car fault code scanner
Excellent bit of kit, works very well. Only dropping one star in the design category due to it being difficult to remove from my car's OBD2 port. It's a very compact device and the sides are smooth with nothing to grip on, I would recommend the manufacturer add ridged edges for the next version. That being said, it was nothing a small flat head screwdriver couldn't overcome and overall very satisfied with this product.
