Not fit for pupose to be honest
This hand wax machine has two major probelms. Firstly it takes at least 8 to 9 hours to heat two bars of hand wax. It does not heat up more than two and a half bars at all. Secondly the "manual" is in a microscopic font and requires a magnifying glass to read and there is no online manual ( pdf ). I do not recommend this product.

Takes a lot longer to heat up
Bought this to ease joint pains. States that 450g wax takes 90 mins to melt , can take up to 3 hrs , two packs can take around 4 hrs . I assume it’s duff so will be returning it

Not quite big enough, ok if you have small hands and feet, but if you are a bit bigger not so good.

got this at a good price, so happy with the value. Found out it needs more wax to be able to dip the hands,problem then is it takes forever to melt all the wax (unless your able to leave it somewhere plugged in all the time)

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Rio Professional Paraffin Wax Heater: Default heating time is 60 minutes for 500g of paraffin wax to 85 degrees.
