Takes a lot longer to heat up
Bought this to ease joint pains. States that 450g wax takes 90 mins to melt , can take up to 3 hrs , two packs can take around 4 hrs . I assume it’s duff so will be returning it

Not quite big enough, ok if you have small hands and feet, but if you are a bit bigger not so good.

got this at a good price, so happy with the value. Found out it needs more wax to be able to dip the hands,problem then is it takes forever to melt all the wax (unless your able to leave it somewhere plugged in all the time)

Dreadful perfume so had to return
The wax heater bath is very smart and appears well made but, as mentioned by others, the wax provided has a dreadful sweet perfume which irritated my throat without even opening the bag it’s packed in. I am about to return the bath because the total cost if I buy new unscented wax would be over £100. I wrote to the manufacturer but they are unable to provide alternative unscented wax. Such a shame because it looks like a very good piece of equipment.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Rio Professional Paraffin Wax Heater: Default heating time is 60 minutes for 500g of paraffin wax to 85 degrees.
