Takes a lot longer to heat up
Bought this to ease joint pains. States that 450g wax takes 90 mins to melt , can take up to 3 hrs , two packs can take around 4 hrs . I assume it’s duff so will be returning it

Not quite big enough, ok if you have small hands and feet, but if you are a bit bigger not so good.

good value, needs more was
got this at a good price, so happy with the value. Found out it needs more wax to be able to dip the hands,problem then is it takes forever to melt all the wax (unless your able to leave it somewhere plugged in all the time)

Dreadful perfume so had to return
The wax heater bath is very smart and appears well made but, as mentioned by others, the wax provided has a dreadful sweet perfume which irritated my throat without even opening the bag it’s packed in. I am about to return the bath because the total cost if I buy new unscented wax would be over £100. I wrote to the manufacturer but they are unable to provide alternative unscented wax. Such a shame because it looks like a very good piece of equipment.

Would recommend
Simple to use. Effective. I’ve got fibromyalgia and regularly get flare ups affecting the joints in my hands this doesn’t stop the pain but takes your mind off. Easy to remove the wax once dry. Leaves skin feeling lovely.

Lovely soft hands
Good points are that it is very easy to use and the instructions are quite simple. My hands felt amazing after use like I’d visited the salon. I do have a few bad points which is the time it takes to heat the wax could be made a bit faster with a busy life I sometimes don’t have the time to wait around or even plan in advance to do my hands which is a bit of a downfall and also it states not to reuse wax due to hygiene reasons so I reckon it could be quite pricey to replace wax all the time. But apart from that I really enjoyed my experience with it
