Hang out a whopping 4 wash loads of laundry using our smart 5-line retractable clothes airer. Each line is 7 meters long and you can pull out as many or as few as you need. When done, lines will automatically go back or can be manually turned in. Tension can easily be adjusted too, simply by turning a handle. Altogether there's 35 meters to fill. With that amount of outdoor space, drying bedlinen and bath towels is a breeze. Comes with fixtures and fittings.

Best 5 line retractable clothes line
After three cheap plastic 4 lines breaking I saw this for about £12 more than I had on average paid for the lines that broke. I took a chance and was surprised it is large heavy very well made the plastic is thick with four mounting holes and supplied with substantial bolts and wall plugs. 5 lines which you can use all together or individually the hooks for the lines are metal on metal mounting and simple sturdy tightening handle that locks in place.well worth the extra outlay.

Loads of space!
I love getting washing out on the line and moved to a smaller house/garden, this was the answer to all my laundry problems! Pros, It can easily hold 4/5 loads, most I've had is 3 loads over 3 lines. You can have all 5 or individual lines out at once Lines securely lock using the handle Looks smart Cons Lines are close together when using the bracket provided (I've secured them at different points in the garden) You can damage the unused lines if you don't give them slack before securing with handle Big holes needed to secure to the wall

Solid bit of kit
I bought this for indoor use - which it's not really designed for, I admit - and the only reason I've not given it 5 stars is that it was awkward to fit in a corner. It's really solid - I expect it'll last for years, and it takes an amazing amount of laundry for the room it takes up.

I have checked the manual which states: "Don't load any more then 28kg max at any one time" so the max loading for each line needs to be less than 5.6 kg at one time.
