About this product
The Coleby cot bed is traditional with a selection of key features. Open slatted sides with teething rails. The top position of the mattress base allows your baby to be taken in and out of the cot bed without unnecessary bending from birth to approximately 6 months, learning to sit and stand, the mattress base can then be lowered by a further two positions. The Coleby cot bed can convert seamlessly into a stylish junior bed suitable for a child up to approximately four years old. Requires a 140 x 70cm mattress.

AVOID Feels cheap and creaks horribly
As soon as I got it out of the box, it felt too lightweight in comparison to the cot we have at my mothers. The parts are thinner and when put together, it creaks when you lean over the side when transferring baby and it then startles him. Extremely disspaoibted for a ickle bubba product. Wish i'd returned it, but we were desperate as baby had suddenly refused to sleep in his crib as hed outgrown it.

Great bed but not sure about mattress suggestion
I am quite happy with the bed. It was easy to assemble, very sturdy, and has a nice, simple style. The size is perfect. However, I’m unsure about the mattress. I purchased it based on the website's suggestion, but it doesn’t fit properly within the frame. We have to place it on top of the frame, which causes the mattress to sink in the middle. This has made it a bit difficult for my baby, as she likes to sleep near the edge of the bed but can't because the mattress slopes.

Not sturdy at all
I bought this for my daughter who likes to kick her legs to self soothe as a lot of babies do. It was SO loud and rattled a lot when she kicked, I understand kicking her bed would make noise but the flimsy material made it sound so loud. We returned it and ordered from a different brand which seems to be much more sturdy.

As long as the bottom boards have been removed and replaced with the top half of the headboard and bottom board, the Ickle Bubba Coleby Classic Baby Cot Bed – White should look like the image 2 when being used as a cot bed.

"The Coleby Classic Cot Bed measures approximately 27 inches from the Wooden Base to the Top of the Side Rail. When the Mattress is added in, it is approximately 23 inches from top of Mattress to Top of the Side Rail (the mattress measures at 10cms depth/3.94 inches approx).
The additional measurements for each level are as follows:
- Lowest Level to Top of Rail: 27 Inches approx.
- Middle level to Top of Rail: 21 Inches approx.
- Top level to Top of Rail: 15 Inches approx.
There is approx. 6 inches difference between each layer when the Base is moved."
