With the Barbie doll having articulation, not sure whether your meaning was to do with joint movement or speech, both of which can be relevant to dolls.
There is distinct mention of joint movement in the product information but no mention of speech. I can confirm therefore that this Barbie doll does not speak but she sure can move!
