But there are 2 storage boxes next to the seat (above the back wheels).''

There is 1 functional light at the front, and it should light up when the motor of the trike is activated (the pedal is pressed down). It is worth checking the wire for this light is connected properly like in step 4 of your instruction manual.

The supplier has advised the EVO Shimmer Electric Trike 6V Powered Vehicle gear box is not freewheeling and limits the movement of the wheels when pushed by feet.
This is not recommended as this can damage the gear box.

Hi, I tried to phone this number as my battery is also not working and its under 12 months old. When I phoned it said because I purchased it in person they cant offer a refund over the phone and hung up. It didnt give me the option to speak with someone.
