Feels very premium
Very good console. Probably the last one that will play this many games as physical discs are phased out soon. It plays games from older Xbox consoles too.

Well Worth the upgrade

Best way to play old and new games
The xbox series x is a fantastic machine, having backwards compatability all the way back to the original xbox (not every game), framerate boosts for those games too (not all of them) with improved load time, considering Microsofts new management the xbox seems to be going in the right direction.

I love my new Xbox
I bought this other week. A bit annoying that it has increased in price, but my other Xbox was getting old and slow, and not interested in owning a PS5 so bit the bullet and got a new Xbox, must quicker, fast loading times and updating so very happy with it.

Hello Beth,
Yes, the Xbox Series X 1TB Console comes with a manufacturer's 1-year guarantee.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello there,
Xbox Series X 1TB Console:
Yes, the item can be placed horizontally or vertically. If you lay it on its side, use the side with the four small rubber feet facing down.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Yes. The series X can play any Xbox series X or S game, most Xbox one games and even some Xbox 360 and original Xbox discs.
Check the backwards compatibility page on the Xbox support website that lists all compatible games.
You can also play DVDs and Blu-rays.
There is a digital only Xbox series X that is in white that does not have a disc drive just like the smaller, less powerful series s.
Yes, it comes with the standard Carbon Black Xbox controller.
It also comes with 2 Duracell batteries to get you started.
I personally recommend picking up a rechargeable kit to save a fortune in the long run.
Hello Jessica,
Yes, the Xbox Series X 1TB Console comes with one controller.
Thanks for using Q&A
Yes it still has a blue ray facility.
It is the same as the launch Xbox series X back in 2020. They have changed the packaging and price. Both for the worse.
Yes it does. But at this price it doesnt even come close to value for money. Get a ps5 pro which is leagues ahead in graphics processing
