Enables haptic feedback for PC gaming
I was using my PS5 controller on my PC and wasn't able to use any of the haptic feedback features until I got this cable. It's a bit annoying that PlayStation made it so you have to buy their official branded cable for the haptic feedback to work but now I'm playing my games in a much more immersive way so I can't fault the product.

Yes, this will work as it's a Charge and Data cable, the other cable you used might have been a charge only cable, meaning that some of the terminals weren't connected, resulting in the control charging only.

Just answering this myself so other people know. I bought the cable and tested it. Yes, it picks up the controller on the PC as well. So if you want to use PS5 controller on pc for gaming and need a long cable, this one works.
