Not great
I bought 2 of these for me and my husband to start exploring the waterways. I wanted to see if it's a hobby we'd like to pursue so didn't want to spend too much to start off. We've been kayaking before with hard shell rental kayaks and got on OK. These were a different story. They did not stay in a straight line and just went from side to side. The energy needed to propel them anywhere was unreal. When you did manage to get up some momentum, if you stop paddling, they immediately peel off to one side and grind to a halt. I wasn't expecting miracles from the product at this price, but was at expecting them to somewhat work! At the end of our first trip with them we were left grumpy and exhausted and never want to step foot in them again. Too small for my husbands legs who's 6ft but I was OK at 5ft 2. Quality of the product was quite good.

Only used once so far, but blows up very quickly, the bag it comes with is huge, put the kayak,pump, lifejacket, and drybag with stuff in all in it, to take from my car to the river and it all fit in. Seems quite sturdy, my only issue is I have no idea how you're meant to work out the air pressure with the ruler on the kayak and the plastic ruler , I just guessed which seemed to work out fine

For the money, a great inflatable kayak
For the money this is a great kayak. I have been out on this kayak several times now, including a 6.5 mile paddle along a river. The kayak tracks ok considering it’s inflatable with not a huge amount of of drag meaning you can cruise along without issue. The storage netting on the front is useful for small items such as a bottle of water, crocs etc. With the supplied pump it is relatively easy to inflate and has quick release valves for easy deflation.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: ''The Bestway Hydro-Force Cove Champion Inflatable Kayak is only suitable for one person and thus we would not advise a child and adult use it together. We would recommend only one person to use the kayak at a time.
We can advise that due to safety reasons, there can only be one person in the kayak at a time.''

The fin on the Bestway Hydro-Force Cove Champion Inflatable Kayak is removable and not fixed. This means it can be easily taken off when not needed, such as in shallow waters or for storage. However, it does not spring back if it hits something; you would need to reattach it if it comes off.

The pump has main nozzle and 2 separate nozzles, on the kayak on each pump hole 1,2 and 3 push in the middle part of the plug use the the main nozzle then close the plug with the cap.
Top ring and seat use middle size nozzle. Plug on under side is to drain water that accumulates in the bottom of the kayak.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bestway Hydro-Force Cove Champion Inflatable Kayak: the inflatable triangle in question is called a footrest cushion and it fits at the end of the kayak where your feet would go.
