My friend and I each bought one of these as a gift and both arrived in a plain charcoal colour, without the lovely pattern. The only advice offered was to return to the pick up store, but there was no way of being confident that the same issue wouldn’t happen with any subsequent order. Not v satisfactory customer service

"There are lots of factors may cause the mould, I can not guarantee the fabric will not mould in a seaside condition."

Good question. After having ours for two years, the sling material split and we need to replace it. We notice that the deck chair is not the standard dimensions you find at the beach so this is proving to be difficult. I see that Argos do not sell those separately.
