For athletes, fitness gurus or anyone looking to target muscle stress, ease tightness or aid recovery; the Bodi-Tek Cordless Massage Gun and it's 6 interchangeable heads can be used before, during or after exercise. The percussion action of the massage head stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, warms up muscles and improves tissue elasticity. Used after exercising, the massaging actions helps to bring oxygen and nutrients into the muscles, whilst flushing lactic acid to reduce muscle fatigue, soreness and cramps.
Promotes better performance and recovery.

Many pros and cons
I do like this body massager and have got a lot of use from it; it’s easy to use, charge and store, but I think it should be common for all products like this to really emphasise the fact that it should not be used on the neck, as it can be incredibly dangerous. It is mentioned in the instructions of this product but the lack of emphasis leaves at least a star for improvement. And it is also a little large and cumbersome. The neat case it comes in is great for storage though.

It's pretty good, bit loud to be honest, battery life ok, plenty of attachments so good for all aspects of aches and pains. It cuts off after 10 mins so have to start it up again 🤷 so basically it's ok does the Job

Lithium-ion Battery Life
Over time Lithium-Ion batteries gradually lose their capacity to hold a charge. This loss of capacity is irreversible. As the battery loses capacity, the length of time it will power a product (run time) decreases.
If a Lithium-Ion battery is fully charged and fully discharged the typical lifespan can be as short as 500 charging cycles.
To extend the lifespan of a battery by hundreds or to thousands of charging cycles, limits can be placed on the amount of charge the battery can discharge and the maximum level of charging.
Additionally products are not generally run from fully charged to fully discharged. The sweet spot is to operate between 20% and 80% of maximum charge. Operating between these limits and following best practice for storage can increase the battery lifespan significantly, with the typical two to three years (500 cycles) being extended to between 5 and 7 years. ”

There is no countdown timer on the control panel, only a battery indicator (0-99) and an intensity level indicator (1-20).
The device will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.
The differing heads are as follows:
Massage Heads.
Large Round: For general full body use on large muscle groups, like glutes, quads and hamstrings. Ideal for beginner use.
Flushing: For increased intensity and depth or for “scraping” and “flushing,” to help remove lactic acid and toxins.
Fork: The perfect choice to loosen stiff neck, back and shoulder muscles. Also great for use on the achilles.
Finger Point: For working on knots and specific areas of tension. Can also be used for acupoint and trigger point massage.
Flat: For increased intensity and depth in more sensitive areas. Ideal for all over body massage.
Curved: For soft muscle tissue areas, use on neck, arms, thighs and calves.
