Worked well but not made to last!
Loved this multi cooker and it was well used and looked after. Unfortunately after pressure cooking a delicious beef stew on a wintry evening, the next time we went to air fry something (might have been Kievs), like you wouldn't believe, the multicooker tripped the house's electric. We tried again and to our horror, the ninja was no longer working without tripping the circuit breaker and more horror to follow, we had to cook with our oven! I contacted ninja asking for advise to see if they've had many issues and solutions to resurrect my multicooker. I had register the warranty like a good customer. A kind Adrian (a customer experience advocate) had replied to my plead for help with a link to purchase a new one...... All because my purchase was over 2 years ago. Now, if my purchase of this gadget had only lasted 2 or so years, with very little help/advice offered from ninja. What is the probability that I would go and spend hundreds of pounds to purchase the SAME model to maybe fail on me again? I did not find the customer experience advocates advocated for the customer experience. To find myself short of an air fryer multicooker only weeks before Christmas is not an experience I would recommend.

The 15 in 1 has a 7.5L capacity and comes with 4 additional functions: Prove, Steam Meals ( used to cook multi-part meal simultaneously), Steam Bread and Steam Roast.
This appliance can be used for cooking rice. We recommend avoiding instant rice when using it. Please only fill the pot up to the intended quantity written on the pot and instruction manual.
For food residue or oil buildup, we recommend steam cleaning the unit by adding 700ml of water, then move SmartLid Slider to Air Fry/Hob and select Steam mode and set the timer to 30 minutes. When time reaches zero and the unit has cooled down, use a wet cloth or sponge to wipe down the interior of the lid and heating elements.
The Ninja guarantee period lasts for 2 years, starting from the date of purchase. It needs to be registered manually after you've made the purchase with our retailer.
